Would you mine?
Would You Mine? is a Minesweeper incremental game where you gather every resource before the enemies take you out.
Upgrade your pickaxe and stats to improve your chances of escaping alive!
Also, as an expert miner and spelunker, try to find all the relics in your way out.

Simply click the tiles with your pickaxe to reveal what’s behind them. You may encounter resources you can mine, items to help you advance further, or enemies that will try to kill you.
Once you’re experienced enough, make sure you find all the relics available to collect!

Hovering over a resource will blast it into small chunks that you can collect and sell to upgrade your run.

Enemies are like bombs in classic Minesweeper, but instead of killing you instantly, they wear you down over time, giving you a chance to escape alive!

Relics are scattered across all locations, so make sure to find and collect all of them.

Upgrade your max HP to survive enemies more easily, or your pickaxe strength to mine more efficiently.

I'm having fun so far. One thing to consider is changing it so that the board layout (under the top layer) isn't generated until your first click on the board, and making the first click on the board ALWAYS be an empty space. The original minesweeper included this feature. It prevents instant/auto loss, though I realize that the damage over time precludes this. It's still an unfun mechanic for the first button you click to give you a rat/spider/wolf chewing on you.
Also there's an obvious prograssion within a given level. I nver upgraded to level 2 for 500g, and am now getting WAY less income per run since i cant complete them since theyre suddenly so much harder than the first runs were.
Painfully boring, bad demo for an even worse game...
Might want a small text in the beginning saying, hold over resorces in order to mine.
Yeah, definitely a good idea. I was using Level 1 without enemies/bombs so the player could experiment on its own with no pressure but the text idea seems like a good approach
Thanks
Very cool and relaxing game. I did lose on the third level lol because I thought he only material in the game was the wood. It is most defintaly a good game and I hope to see more updates to this game in the future.
Hi! I'm glad you liked the game. There are more resource types of upper levels and next locations. Also there are items you can use and relic you can obtain later on, so I hope you like next updates
Thanks!
